Yes. On each product page you will find the corresponding product details below the image of the product. They are in PDF format which you can download for your convenience. In some cases, you may also find additional information such as videos or promotional materials.

There are two ways. Navigating through the Product menu or if you know the product name (or a part of it) you can use the top search bar.

We will only refund or exchange a product if the item is faulty (to be determined by Revlon upon inspection of the item) or you receive shortages on your order. In these cases, you need to contact your Revlon Account Manager.

Within 30 days after the date of your purchase order you can claim the refund or exchange of a faulty item.

In order to avoid delivery charges, please make sure that when you redeem your points your transaction is linked to a REVLONPROSHOP.COM order.

Online orders will be billed to you directly at the end of the month in the usual way, via your Revlon Account Manager. You can therefore place your order without providing any card or bank account details.
